Upload a pic of your U.S. photo ID, driver's license, or passport, along with a fun selfie! This helps us keep everything safe and secure. We need to confirm your identity to protect your personal info and ensure that everything is legit.  We only need to see name, birthday, and picture.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Aviannah has to cancels due to exceptional circumstances, such as rare family emergencies. In such cases, refunds will be initiated within 6 hours, though the refund process may take up to 7 or more business days.  Excludes Act of God incidences.

Cancelations with 48 hours or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the fee will be charged. No-call/no-show appointments require payment of the balance plus a $2,000 fee before rebooking.

To reschedule your appointment, please note that the full balance will be due immediately. A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for exclusive bookings) may apply, Additionally, any credits issued must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes for unforeseen delays, provided she has no prior commitments. Clients are encouraged to notify her of any delays as soon as possible. If the delay exceeds this period, the appointment will be rescheduled.

Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel arrangements, and 100% for bookings involving concerning reports or history of re-scheduling without immediate payment, ghosting, or receiving any type of special rate.
