- For bookings made with more than 14 days' notice: A reduced travel expense fee of approximately $1,000 is expected.  

If you would like Aviannah to fly internationally or to your location outside her primary area, please add at least $10,000 to the travel expenses, with a minimum booking requirement of 5 hours. This ensures the necessary accommodations and arrangements for a smooth and luxurious experience.  

Please note that these fees are estimates and may vary based on specific travel requirements, accommodations, and scheduling considerations. To secure your booking, early planning is encouraged.  

Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel arrangements, and 100% for bookings involving concerning reports or history of re-scheduling without immediate payment, ghosting, or receiving any type of special rate.
