In the event of any Act of God or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party—including but not limited to natural disasters (such as hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, or severe weather), illness, or death within the immediate family—neither the client nor Aviannah shall be held liable for cancellation fees. Any affected services will be automatically rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date once the impacted party is no longer affected by such circumstances. Cancellations or rescheduling due to Acts of God or circumstances beyond either party’s control are not eligible for a refund.
To ensure the safety, comfort, and professionalism of every appointment, all clients acknowledge and agree that a limited background screening may be conducted discreetly for identity verification and safety purposes when making a booking or attending an appointment.
This screening is not invasive and is used strictly to confirm that a client does not present a known safety risk. The goal is to maintain a respectful, secure environment for both parties and to prevent situations that could place anyone at risk.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings and commitments. A thirty (30) minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals after the scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than thirty (30) minutes late will necessitate rescheduling of the appointment. The original service fee will remain due in full, and an additional rescheduling charge will apply.
When rescheduling an appointment, the remaining balance is due in full at the time of rescheduling. Fees for services are as follows: up to $2,000 may apply. While the Company makes every effort to accommodate schedule changes, frequent or last-minute rescheduling may not be permitted at the Company’s discretion. Any credit issued due to rescheduled services must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
If you are canceling occurs without rescheduling, with four (4) or more days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained. Cancellations with less than four (4) days’ notice require payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total fee. All cancellations must be communicated via the approved contact method (e.g., email or phone).
If Aviannah is canceling, any payments made will be refunded in full.
Aviannah require that all individuals take a shower before any activities take place. A clean towel will be provided for your convenience, and we kindly ask that you use baby wipes, soap, mouthwash, and hand sanitizer to ensure optimal freshness. Please note that Aviannah takes good hygiene seriously, and if standards are not met, you may be required to repeat the process.
We will promptly provide the room number upon arrival (once Aviannah has given the green light that she is ready) and, ask that you present your identification before beginning the paperwork if you are filming with Aviannah for your own personal use. If any payments are due, kindly place them on the television before engaging in a brief conversation with Aviannah. Only after this conversation will she request that you take a refreshing shower before proceeding.
Aviannah will request your identification before excusing herself to use the designated restroom. If you are paying the balance with cash, please have the correct amount prepared in an envelope and place it in the restroom Aviannah will use.
