Deposits are non-refundable unless Aviannah cancels due to exceptional circumstances, such as rare family emergencies. In such cases, refunds will be initiated within 6 hours, though the refund process may take up to 7 or more business days. In the event of disruptions caused by Acts of God, including natural disasters, services will be rescheduled rather than refunded.

Cancelations with 48 hours or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the fee will be charged.

No-call/no-show appointments require payment of the outstanding balance plus a $2,000 fee before rebooking.

To reschedule your appointment, please note that the full balance will be due immediately. A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for exclusive bookings) may apply, as Aviannah accommodates only one client per day. Additionally, any credits issued must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

Aviannah only allows one booking per day and allows a grace period of up to 30 minutes for unforeseen delays, provided she has no prior commitments. Clients are encouraged to notify her of any delays as soon as possible. If the delay exceeds the grace period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

This document clarifies the rights related to images and videos featuring Aviannah. All visual content, including photos and videos, is protected under her exclusive rights unless explicitly stated otherwise in a mutually agreed-upon shared rights contract. Any breach of these terms will be taken seriously and may result in legal action.
