Agreement & Consent

By submitting any form, confirming a booking, or attending an engagement with Aviannah, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all site policies. You further consent to a discreet background check limited exclusively to arrests or charges involving sexual or violent crimes, including domestic violence; if such applies, you are not permitted to proceed. All consideration tendered is solely for Aviannah’s time and companionship—nothing further is promised or implied. Any activities that may occur are entirely at her discretion and based on mutual consent.

Screening data is securely retained for ninety (90) days and permanently deleted if no booking takes place. For established clients, data is deleted upon request or automatically within two years of the most recent appointment. By engaging with Aviannah, you acknowledge that all experiences are undertaken at your own risk, and you voluntarily waive any right to pursue legal, financial, or other claims for any injury, incident, or outcome arising from your participation, regardless of circumstance.

All creative and virtual experiences with Aviannah require full payment at the time of booking. This secures your exclusive session or purchase and serves as confirmation. Please note, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling for photoshoots is available with a $500 fee, while rescheduling for Zoom calls is available with a $100 fee. Due to the nature of digital media, all video content sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges, or trade-ins provided. By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of Aviannah’s dedication to delivering a premium, bespoke experience curated exclusively for you.

For the safety, discretion, and compliance of all parties, meeting with Aviannah requires thorough verification. A valid government-issued ID displaying your full name, date of birth, and photo must be provided, with all details clearly visible and unobstructed for legal verification. For collaborations, this verification must be accompanied by a signed 2257 form. In addition, a Selfie Verification—a recent photo of yourself (and your partner, if booking as a couple)—is required to confirm identity, given the rising prevalence of fraudulent identification.

To secure your exclusive time with Aviannah while she is on tour, a 50% deposit is required. For Fly-Me-To-You arrangements, a 75% deposit is required, with all travel expenses paid in full prior to her departure. Please note that all payments and deposits are non-refundable, unless the engagement is canceled by Aviannah. This policy excludes Acts of God or force majeure, ensuring the protection of both parties’ interests.

4+ days’ notice: Deposit is retained. Less than 4 days’ notice: 100% of the total fee is due.

The remaining balance becomes payable in full upon rescheduling. Rescheduling fees: up to $1,000 for standard bookings; up to $2,000 for exclusive travel. Aviannah is generally very accommodating with rescheduling, provided it is not habitual or last-minute. Credits must be redeemed within 24 months of the original booking date.

A 30-minute grace period applies. Arrivals beyond this window require rescheduling, full payment of the original fee, plus the applicable rescheduling charge.  GFE-Only Specials on the other hand have no grace period — sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time or upon arrival.
