Due to the digital nature of the content, Aviannah does not offer refunds, exchanges, or trade‑ins. All video purchases are final.


By submitting any form, making a booking, or attending any appointment with Aviannah, you acknowledge and accept that all interactions, services, and activities are conducted at your own risk. You expressly waive any right to sue, claim damages, or seek any legal or financial remedy against Aviannah for any injury, accident, or harm sustained in connection with any services or activities requested or performed. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes arising from your participation, regardless of circumstance.


Everyone who Aviannah has not met before must provide a valid U.S. government–issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport), along with a recent selfie.


  • For Meet‑ups: The ID must clearly show your name, date of birth, and photo.
  • For Collabs: Do not block or obscure any information, as this will be used alongside a signed 2257 form where applicable.


Full Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all phone, virtual, or photoshoot appointments.


Refunds:
All payments are non‑refundable.


Rescheduling:
A rescheduling fee of up to $100 applies.

By submitting any form on this website with your information, you consent to a background check for any arrests or charges related to sexual or violent crimes, including domestic violence. If applicable, do not submit. You agree to all site policies. Compensation covers Aviannah’s time and companionship only. All interactions are at her sole discretion and subject to consent.


  • Data Retention: Screening information is valid for 90 days and will be deleted if no appointment is booked.
  • Data Deletion: For clients who have been seen, data is deleted upon request or one year after the appointment.


Deposits:

  • Standard Bookings: 50% of the total donation.
  • Exclusive Travel Bookings: 75% of the total donation.
    All deposits are non‑refundable unless canceled by Aviannah (excludes Acts of God or force majeure).
  • Some collaborations may require advance payment to secure participation.


Cancellations:

  • 4 or more days’ notice: Deposit is forfeited.
  • Fewer than 4 days’ notice: 100% of the total fee is due.


Rescheduling:

  • The full balance becomes due immediately upon rescheduling.
  • A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 applies for standard bookings, and up to $2,000 for exclusive travel.
  • All rescheduling credits must be used within 24 months from the original booking date.


Tardiness:

  • A 30‑minute grace period applies for all standard in‑person appointments. Arrival beyond this window will require rescheduling, subject to full payment of the original fee and an additional rescheduling charge.
  • For Collaborations, Safety Experience, and The Queue bookings, there is no grace period — your appointment must begin promptly at the scheduled time or it will be considered a no‑show.


To ensure the full experience, please complete the following testing requirements. Failure to meet these will limit the range of activities available, without exceptions All tests must be valid within 7 days.


How to get tested:

  1. Create an Account:
    Go to I Know My Status and create your account.
  2. Find a Location:
    Enter your ZIP code here to choose a testing site.
  3. Select Your Test:
    Choose the "Gold Standard Panel (GSP)" option.
  4. Enter Your Info:
    Complete the requested details on the site.
  5. Payment:
    Follow the checkout process.
  6. Forward Confirmation:
    After payment, forward your confirmation email to contact@aviannahelise.com
  7. When you go to get tested, Inform the front desk you have a testing order form “Talent Testing or I Know My Status”. Ensure they include your information on your samples if not dealing with a direct location.


For a secure and professional environment, testing is mandatory. If testing isn’t completed, strict safety protocols will be enforced.

Trimming/Shaving: For certain activities, it is essential that participants are properly groomed, including the groin area.


Hair Length: All groin hair must be trimmed to less than 1/4 inch to meet filming and experience standards.


Failure to comply may restrict certain activities during your appointment.


If Paying in Cash: Discreetly place the cash ($50 or $100’s only)on the television immediately after walking in.


Electronic Payments: If paying electronically, please ensure payment is completed prior to your arrival.


Delays: Please note that electronic payments may take up to 30 minutes to fully process, and no services will commence until payment confirmation is complete. To avoid unnecessary delays, please finalize all electronic payments well in advance.


Location Details: You will receive the in-call location details via text either the night before your appointment or as soon as Aviannah has checked in.


Upon Arrival: Please send a text to Love, Aviannah’s assistant, to confirm your arrival. Once Aviannah is ready to welcome you, Love will provide the room number. Upon entering, If paying in cash, discreetly place it by the TV as soon as you enter the room to avoid any awkward moments or delays and then take a seat on the couch or bed for a brief conversation. 


When Aviannah is ready, she will invite you to take a shower. She will have mouthwash with cups, razors, body wash, soap, and a fresh towel available to ensure you are thoroughly prepared for your time with her. 


After your shower, feel free to place your belongings wherever is most comfortable for you. Aviannah will usually have hangers available in the restroom for your convenience. You are also always welcome to take another shower before departing.


If a key card is required for elevator access, please make an attempt to use it to reach Aviannah’s floor. If unsuccessful, Aviannah will come down to meet you outside the elevators. The floor number will be provided when the address is shared with you.


New Clients: Aviannah kindly requests that you present a valid form of identification at the door to confirm your booking details. This is a standard safety protocol to ensure a secure and professional environment.


Location Details: You will receive a notification once Aviannah has departed her location and is en route to you. A second update will be sent when she is approximately 15 minutes away. Upon her arrival, you will receive a final notice.


Upon Arrival: Please ensure you are waiting outside the entrance of your home or hotel to greet Aviannah and escort her to your location. Upon arrival, if paying in cash, kindly have the exact amount prepared and discreetly place it in the designated bathroom intended for Aviannah's use. 


Once inside, Aviannah will excuse herself to use the restroom and leave her belongings there before beginning your time together.


Hygiene Note: It is very important that you shower no more than 10 minutes prior to activities to ensure everything is fresh and up to her standards. If not, she may kindly request that you shower again before proceeding.

If you require the reference to be expedited, an urgency fee of $100 applies.


Please note: Aviannah provides responses in the form of either “APPROVED” or “DECLINED,” and these are sent exclusively via email to the companion listed on the form. We do not communicate reference decisions by phone or text. To avoid missed updates, be sure the companion checks her spam or junk folder in case the response is filtered there.
