Aviannah is hygiene based!

Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel arrangements, and 100% for bookings involving concerning reports or history of re-scheduling without immediate payment, ghosting, or receiving any type of special rate.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Aviannah has to cancels due to exceptional circumstances, such as rare family emergencies. In such cases, refunds will be initiated within 6 hours, though the refund process may take up to 7 or more business days.  Excludes Act of God incidences.

Cancelations with 48 hours or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For cancelations made with less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the fee will be charged. No-call/no-show appointments require payment of the balance plus a $2,000 fee before rebooking.

To reschedule your appointment, please note that the full balance will be due immediately. A rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 (or $2,000 for exclusive bookings) may apply, Additionally, any credits issued must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

For one-hour appointments, a 10-minute grace period applies. A 30-minute grace period for appointments 2 hours or more. Beyond this period, the appointment must either be rescheduled with full payment plus a rescheduling fee or canceled at Aviannah’s discretion. For clients arriving late with an add-on, please note that the missed time will be deducted from the in-room portion..
