Deposits are required as follows: 50% of the donation for standard bookings, 75% of the donation for exclusive travel.
All payments are non-refundable unless Aviannah has to cancels. Excludes Act of God incidences.
4 days or more notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. With less than 4 days less' notice, 100% of the fee.
Full balance is due immediately. Up to $1,000 fee ($2,000 for exclusives). Credits must be used within 24 months.
30-minute grace period. Beyond this period, must either be rescheduled with full payment plus a rescheduling fee .
Screening remains valid for 90 days. If no appointment is booked within that time, all submitted information will be securely deleted. For clients who have been seen, information will be deleted upon request or automatic one year after the date of the appointment.
