By proceeding with your appointment request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in full.
In the event of any Act of God or other circumstances beyond my reasonable control or the client’s control—including but not limited to natural disasters (such as hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, or severe weather), illness, or death within the immediate family—neither the client nor I will be held liable for cancellation fees. Any affected services will be automatically rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date once the impacted party is no longer affected by such circumstances. Cancellations or rescheduling due to Acts of God or circumstances beyond either party’s control are not eligible for a refund.
To ensure the safety, comfort, and professionalism of every appointment, all clients acknowledge and agree that a limited background screening may be conducted discreetly for identity verification and safety purposes when making a booking or attending an appointment.
This screening is not invasive and is used strictly to confirm that a client does not present a known safety risk. The goal is to maintain a respectful, secure environment for both parties and to prevent situations that could place anyone at risk.

If you have a past or current record involving violent behavior, sexual crimes, abuse, or any action that could pose a safety concern, please do not attempt to book an appointment. Your request will be declined. This policy exists to protect everyone involved and is non-negotiable. All screenings are handled discreetly and respectfully. Information is used solely for safety verification and is not shared, sold, or stored beyond what is legally required. By submitting a booking request or attending an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to this screening and agree to comply with all site policies.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings and commitments. I require a 50% deposit for all bookings. For exclusive travel arrangements, all travel expenses must be paid separately in advance to ensure availability. All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless I initiate the cancellation or unless otherwise covered under the Force Majeure Clause.
I allow a thirty (30) minute grace period for late arrivals after the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than thirty (30) minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. The original service fee will remain due in full, and an additional rescheduling fee may apply.
When you reschedule an appointment, the remaining balance is due in full at the time of rescheduling. Service fees for rescheduled appointments may be up to $2,000, depending on the arrangement. While I make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, frequent or last-minute rescheduling may not be permitted at my discretion. Any credit issued due to a rescheduled service must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
If you cancel without rescheduling and provide four (4) or more days’ notice, the deposit and any other payments will remain non-refundable and will be retained. Cancellations made with less than four (4) days’ notice require payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total fee. All cancellations must be communicated through my approved contact method (e.g., email or phone).
If I cancel the appointment, all payments made will be refunded in full immediately with proof.
Filming or participating in on-camera content with me is an optional experience that may qualify for a promotional discount when approved in advance. All filming requests must receive my explicit approval prior to booking. Approval is granted at my sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. By selecting a filming or on-camera booking, you confirm that you are willing, comfortable, and capable of participating on camera in a respectful and professional manner.
If, at any point during the session, you are unable or unwilling to perform appropriately on camera, the booking will be immediately concluded. This includes, but is not limited to, discomfort with being filmed, inability to follow filming guidelines, or failure to meet performance expectations.
In the event of early termination due to performance issues, the session will be considered rendered in full, and no refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling will be issued. I reserve the right to discontinue filming or deny participation at any time to protect safety, comfort, professionalism, and overall content standards.
I require that all individuals take a shower before any activities begin. A clean towel will be provided for your convenience, and I kindly ask that you also use baby wipes, soap, mouthwash, and hand sanitizer to ensure optimal freshness.
Please note that I take personal hygiene very seriously, and if these standards are not met, you may be asked to repeat the process before the session continues.
Once I confirm that I am ready, I will promptly provide the room number upon your arrival. If you are filming with me for your personal use, please be prepared to present valid identification before completing any required paperwork.
If any payments are due, kindly place them on the television before we begin a brief conversation. After our initial discussion, I will ask that you take a refreshing shower before proceeding.

I will request your identification upon arrival before briefly excusing myself to use the designated restroom. If you are paying the remaining balance in cash, please have the exact amount prepared in an envelope and place it in the restroom I will be using.

Testing is a non-negotiable standard designed to maintain a safe, professional, and mutually comfortable environment. If testing is not completed, strict safety protocols will be respectfully enforced.
All experiences are undertaken at your own risk. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily waive any right to pursue legal, financial, or other claims against me for any injury, incident, or outcome arising from your participation, regardless of circumstance.

Testing requires a blood draw and urine sample. Do not urinate within one (1) hour before testing. No fasting is required. Schedule your appointment early and select your preferred location in advance.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early with a valid ID and payment method. Provide all required samples as instructed by staff.
Results are typically available within 2–4 business days.
Consider rapid tests (HIV/Syphilis) if same-day screening is needed. Once received, please submit a copy of your results along with a screenshot of the delivery email for authentication. To avoid delays, testing earlier in the week is recommended.
