Please note: that deposits are non-refundable unless Aviannah has to cancel, in which case the refund will be initiated within 6 hours. However, it may take up to 7 days or longer for your bank to process the refund. Aviannah rarely cancels booking unless its a family emergency.
If you need to reschedule, please be aware that you will be required to pay the full remaining balance. Depending on the circumstances (such as last-minute adjustments or an extended stay), a fee ranging from $200 to $500 may also apply. The more notice given before rescheduling, the lower (if any) the additional fee would be to avoid missed opportunities. Your full credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking or 8 tour visits. To ensure proper usage of your credit, please remain on Aviannah’s e-mail & text notification lists.
If you choose to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited. Should you provide less than 48 hours notice and opt not to reschedule, then 100% of the fee will be required for cancellation regardless of the reason.
Lastly, if you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying Aviannah in advance (“no show, no call”), rebooking will only be allowed once 100% of the balance is paid along with an additional $500 fee for failing to adhere to Aviannah’s policies.
